Why early

Slots fill fast

We cook a limited number of pigs per time block. Your deposit holds your slot, so the earlier you book, the better your pick of times.

Non-refundable deposit

Your 50% deposit reserves your time slot and the pig we source just for you, so it is non-refundable.

Reschedule, not cancel

Orders can't be cancelled, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability. Reschedule requests must be made at least one week (7 days) before your event.

Balance before your event

The remaining 50% is due before your event date. We send a reminder with a secure payment link a few days ahead.

Order by the Monday before

Orders, and any size or headcount changes, must be in by the Monday before your event. Slots are limited and fill fast.

Delivery

Delivery fees are based on distance and included in your quote. Delivery times are estimated windows; someone must be available to receive the lechon.

Food safety & allergens

Your lechon arrives fully cooked and hot. Serve within two hours or refrigerate. Prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens; cross-contact is possible.

Outdoor cooking can be affected by severe weather; if that ever happens we will reach out and make it right. We may photograph events for our portfolio, just let us know if you'd prefer we don't. Placing a deposit confirms you have read and agree to these terms. Questions? Call 732-532-5080.

How do I order?

Use the order form on this site. Choose your size, date, and pickup or delivery, and we will follow up by email and text with your deposit link.

How far ahead do I need to order?

By the Monday before your event at the latest. A Saturday event means ordering by that Monday. Slots fill quickly, so earlier is always better. Need it sooner? Call us at 732-532-5080 and we will see what we can do.

How much does it cost?

Pricing follows the daily market for whole pigs, so we quote your price the moment you choose a size. A 50% deposit reserves your slot, and the balance is due before your event.

What size do I need?

About one pound per guest. A 35 lb pig serves roughly 30 to 35 people. When in doubt, round up.

Do you deliver?

Yes, across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Connecticut. Delivery is included in your quote based on your address. Prefer to pick up? Choose a pickup time when you order.

What times can I pick up?

Standard pickup times are 9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM. Need a different time? Let us know and we will try to arrange it.

How do I pay?
